NO SURPRISE ACT * All my counseling clients have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimates per federal law as of January 1, 2022. A Good Faith Estimate enumerates the expenses you can reasonably expect to pay for your mental health care services provided by me and my counseling practice. Please click on the "Fees" tab for more information. *Currently, I am taking only the following insurance payments for Assessments: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Medical Mutual, Molina, OSU Trustmark.
